Helping you invest in a healthy lifestyle

FAQ

How many times a week should I train with you? That depends on your time constraints, your goals and how motivated you are to exercise on your own.

Will I help you with your diet? I will get you to keep a food diary for a week so then I can see exactly what your eating habits are like. Then I will sit down with you and go through some changes with you that will help you to make healthy eating habits for life.

Will I tell you what to do on days when we are not training together? Yes, I devise a personalised program that you can bring home with you, whether it be exercising in the gym or at home.

What hours do I work? I will work around your schedule to suit your needs.

How much weight can you expect to lose, if that is one of your goals? 1 to 2 lbs per week, I am here to ensure that you stick to your program and healthy new diet.

What kind of equipment do I use? Depending on what your goals are, I use dumbbells, resistance bands, medicine balls, kettle bells, stability balls, a Reebok step and a mini trampoline. I believe in using compound resistance training as you are incorporating more muscles in each exercise which will in turn burn more calories during a workout. Resistance training is very important; benefits include more stability, increased strength and power, raised metabolism and it also increases bone density which is seriously important the older we get.

Do you get a discount if you refer someone? Yes!

What happens if I need to cancel a session? Once you give me 24hours notice there is no cancellation fee, however if you cancel on the day of the appointment you will be charged full price.

If I book sessions in bulk, is there an expiry date? No, your sessions are valid until you use them.
