I like to sit down with my clients and go through their diet dairy and eating habits at the moment. I then try to educate them on where they can implement simple yet effective changes and encourage them to eat a more balanced diet.

A balanced diet means including all essential nutrients, protein, carbohydrate, fat, vitamins, minerals and water. The food pyramid is a good guideline as to ensure you are getting proper daily portions.
